Until AI and robotics can build a business, one of the main things a start-up MUST get right is building an effective and high performing (human) team. Effectively led, talented people are the difference between success and failure. Finding and keeping great people can seem like an impossible challenge when you have limited funds and uncertain prospects.

There are few things more important for a founder that hiring, motivating and leading an effective team. This workshop seeks to provide practical tools, insight and skills to plan for, recruit and induct people into your organisation. The two people leading this workshop have first hand experience of hiring great teams into start-ups and then overseeing the scale-up process as success happens.
