Founder and CEO

Leon is the founder and driving force behind Inova and inventor of the technology. His higher education involved a degree in BSc (Hons) Product Design with Professional Development. Leon's main roles are in innovation and patent development, product development, business development and raising finance for the business.

How has your company changed since being part of the incubator?

We’ve gone from strength to strength developing all aspects of the business from the team to technical progress, and fund raising to commercial traction. The next 12 months will be a very exciting period as we gear up to begin manufacture and the early growth phase, and there are lots of significant milestones planned in 2017 in order to get there.
