Depending on the size of the investment, this could range from one visit and a few questions, to a full and rigorous appraisal including outside help.
The aim of this webinar is to help you understand the due diligence process, what you need to ask and how to evaluate the answers. During this session, we will cover the following:
The session will be delivered by Colin Spiller, Club Manager, Angel’s Den. Colin launched and manages the London Angel Club for Angels Den, which has typically raised £1m to £2m for five to eight business per annum and also delivers their masterclasses for new angel investors.
At S100 Club we are looking to create a more diverse and inclusive angel investment network to encourage diversity of thought, skills, and expertise. This event is designed to inspire and encourage a more diverse audience into angel investing and equip S100 club members and other investors with the skills needed to support each other and investigate deals either on a standalone basis or as a consortium or investors.
Consider this invitation for you and your partner, friends or colleagues and any other aspiring angels that are interested in exploring Angel Investment!
This event is not open to the public but please do email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are an active investor interested in attending S100 Club events.
