The TaaB solution is also twofold; firstly, we provide an end-to-end contact free service that makes the incumbent taxi resilient and improves their product and service offering. We understand that there are still advantages incumbents hold, so we conceptualised an ecosystem tailored to their strengths and requirements. We understand that the app is no longer a differentiator but has instead become an entry requirement. Therefore, we have integrated it into our offering and proceeded to think about what a passenger needs once they have entered a taxi and closed the app which delivered it.
